Using Google Translate on my Iphone 14.

I’d verify whether Google is stripping off or redirecting the link, and you can look at what you’re providing and where you end up at Google. If you’ve verified that and the issue is at Google, check with the Google forums.

For an option that does not require Google services and issues with Google services, you’re probably already aware of the built-in services:

I’ve used DeepL and Bing with some success, as well:

..Odd that your iPhone can't just save the correct link to Google Translate

for that to use Turkish, by Default. As such similarly I use to choose, when

making other than English translations in Apple discussions, occasionally.

{Just seems easier to use a computer, because I'm not an iOS first user.}

Yet any saved bookmarks in these browsers, should work the same way.

Wonder if that'd be some kind of solution; or if something else acts up?

You may have tried something like this; & find later, it reverts to English!
