Asterisks replacing 'got' and 'I am' in Community posts

Question

Community will not let me write g-o-t (got) or the word I--a-m ( I am) without turning them into asterisks. Why??

Seems to be a bit of a bug in ASC. The issue has been reported to ASC staff and will presumably be fixed at some point.

I'm going to see if it *** fixed. I ** confused.

So, the contraction I'm works, but not I **. And *** is out.

Interesting, when you go back in to edit, the words you initially entered are asterisks.
