Unable to delete photos from iPhone Photos app after removing iCloud sync

I deleted the photos successfully on the macbook but can’t delete them on the iphone

Original Title: i can’t delete photos from gallery even though i unsunced my iphone from my macbook and deleted the saved gallery on icloud

If you manually synced those photos from your Mac, then you will need to resync after deleting the photos from the Mac for those changes to be reflected on your iPhone. The last step to unsync the photos is to click the Apply button.
