My iMessage is not working with Apple Support

this issue has been occurring multiple times. I would like to say always to be honest whenever I try to message Apple support on iMessage or when I am redirected to iMessage chat of Apple support by Support app. The messages don’t get delivered to them and the issue is only for them, all the other conversations and numbers and chats to my friends and family. They are working well. I don’t know what, but it’s frustrating enough that you already have issues with your product. None less that you are also having issues with customer support. I have attached some screenshots. The only way I could get that delivered was I will send one text then I would turn off the Wi-Fi then my mobile data then I’ll send a message again, then again turn on the Wi-Fi and mobile data. Then I’ll send the message again and on the fourth attempt. The message will get sent. Sometimes this wasn’t also working. Kindly help me with the solution and let me know if anyone is also suffering this if it is a bug or an issue, kindly get it fixed.
