And it is NOT in your purchase history using the link provided?

This is an important distinction, as the purchases you see there are managed by Apple.

If the purchase was made by Apple Pay using one of your cards in your Wallet and not in your purchase history using the link, that just means that the merchant was securely given the unique token sent to your device by the bank of the card where you would see the charge. All purchases using Apple Pay require you to double click the side button followed by FaceID or the devicePasscode to authorize the charge.

The only difference in using Apple Pay is that the merchant does not have your credit card account number, so there is no risk in your card being compromised if there is a data breach on the merchants website or the chance of your account number appearing on the Dark Web. For disputing charges, it is done the same way as any other credit card purchase, first you must contact the retailer, and if a resolution is unsuccessful, then you must dispute the charge with the credit card. Any refund goes directly to your credit card and does not go to Apple Pay, as no funds are being transferred to Apple either when a purchase is made or a refund is given.

  • Where are you seeing the charge?
  • Is the same card being charged that was used to make the EERO purchase?
  • Are both of you using the same card? Does your husband also have a phone? Do you share the Apple Account on both devices?

Are you seeing the charge in your Purchase History. That is where you will see charges made to your Apple Account, or if you are an Organizer of a Family Plan that uses Purchases sharing them members can use their Apple Account to make purchases with your payment method and you will also have the option to view their accounts on this page:

If you do not see it there, then let us know where you see the charge. Eero does offer a subscription service for $99/year, but that would be something used with a products they sell such as a router. Are you using a Eero router or did you recently get one?
