Songs not authorized to play on iPhone 16 Max Pro after purchase

When I try to play certain songs on on my iPhone 16 Max Pro I get a pop up window that tells me that the song on my iPhone16 Max Pro is "Not authorized to play in this country or region". Why?

These are all songs that I purchased and can play on my MacBook Pro and used to be able to play on my iPhone 16 Max Pro. Has Apple sent any notices regarding this change?
