Music Presence, a Discord integration of Apple Music on desktop

There were a few related threads on this community in the past, but they are all closed, so I have to start a new one. There is a new Discord RPC called Music Presence which works with the desktop version of Apple Music and for other streaming sites and local media players. It will show your currently playing track in your Discord status, you can see some examples on the GitHub page or on their Discord server when checking the member profiles there.
