Why did I lose all of my info on my subfolders under my email account on my IPhone 16 Plus

Check with your email provider. If you have an IMAP account, try going to their website based access to your mail and see if the information is still in your account there. If it is, then try deleting the account and then adding it back in again. If it is a POP account, then you may not be able to recover. What were you doing when you lost this mail?
