Music app skips some files when adding local music to library

Hi all, having a strange issue with Music app in MacOS Sequoia (running on MacPro 2019). It seems like when I add folder with my own music in ALAC format, it randomly skips some tracks with no reason (all my music collection is in ALAC and stored on a local NAS, via gigabit LAN). I've tried the same with my very old Mac mini 2014, running Monterey and it seems working fine - adds all songs to the library, from the same network folder with no problem). What could be the problem?
