Can I belong to two different family sharing groups?

I have a married daughter and she has a sharing file with her husband. My wife and I have a sharing file and we would also like to include our married daughters.

So my married daughter would then be a member of two different sharing groups. Is this possible?

No. Even if they create an additional Apple account, which belongs to the other family sharing group, they would need multiple devices, each on a different Apple account linked to a different family sharing group.

It's not doable.

That said, what kind if "sharing file" are you talking about?

There are multiple ways to share things...
