Apple News+ says I'm not subscribed, even though I have Apple One Premier.

I have an Apple One Premier subscription, which includes Apple News+. On my phone, my work laptop, and my iPad, Apple News+ works fine. On my personal laptop (a 2024 MacBook Air), it says I do not have a subscription and asks me to sign up for Apple News+. I am logged into iCloud, and I already tried logging out of iCloud and logging back in, as well as turning off and on Apple News sync.

How do I get my laptop to recognize that I should already have Apple News+?

Since you refer to a work laptop (presumably an Apple device) and a personal laptop, you imply that you use the same Apple Account on both devices. Is this true? It is typically not a good idea to do so, as your employer can then generally access all your personal information.

Having different Apple Accounts would, of course, explain your Apple News+ issue.
