iTunes freezing on Version 12.13.7.1 when playing songs on windows 10

Hi,

I've had this issue with iTunes freezing on windows 10 upon trying to play songs I've recently downloaded from apple-music & yet not freezing when playing older music FOR YEARS. I've seen a lot of similar threads over the past couple of years where people have to force-quit the application from task manager because it freezes up mid-song etc, it seems like every update has done nothing to fix this unfortunately as well as I'm having the same issue on Version 12.13.7.1 but it's persisted for at least 2 years for me. It's borderline unusable if I add something to my library from Apple Music itself & try to listen to it.

I have to force quit all the time & it does nothing to fix the issue, I cannot listen to new music I add on the application as it stands.
