I enter a username in a password but made a mistake by putting a comma instead of a full stop and I can't seem to change it . How can I do it or delete it.

Find the Password who's user name you want to change, tap on it to open it, then tap on Edit at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on the user name and edit it as required. You can delete it or add text etc...
