Unlocking Apple Watch Ultra from donated account on Shopgoodwill

I recently bought an apple watch ultra on the Shopgoodwill page, which sells donations from different parts. The clock is locked with the account. Being an item donated to the church it is difficult to contact the original owner, when I see the email associated with the account you only see the last characters so I can't contact him by mail, would there be any possibility of unlocking the watch? I have a record of having bought it formally.
