How can I update a never used iMac, from the High Sierra OS to newer OS

I just unboxed a never used iMac all-in-one 2017 model with High Sierra OS and want to get it current. Where can I find a download for this upgrade? Has anyone done this?

Thanks for your help!

You can upgrade a regular 2017 iMac to Ventura – but no further. The iMac Pro (2017), a Xeon-based workstation that looks like a Space Gray version of the 27" Mac, can be upgraded all of the way to Sequoia.
