Syncing Apple apps and iCloud data across iPhone, Android tablet, and web apps

I want to make sure can access and transfer data to my iPhone ICloud plus account , ( Apple One ) or Make sure whatever info I use on any devices can be transferred to my ICloud plus storage & too if I need to b mmm and sure I have certain documents & saved content being stored in iCloud, that it’s successfully being done and the apps are set up on iCloud plus account & not partly , which has been the case I the recent past , when I found I’d lost a lot of photos & documents thinking it had been backed up onto my phone in my files folder and too in iCloud Drive & then also in the iCloud account too ! I thought I’d made tripple copies !

As well as the app I used for whatever application had its copy in it too saved !! I always. Make sure I save my docs in every area . Because I always need them again , right away & at the end of the year , I am able to then delete the copies I don’t need . Leaving the 1 in iCloud for use or ref later.

other than my photos. Which I automatically clean up every 6 months !

the Other things I go through is Apps from Apple App Store and the ones we are able to back up in iCloud , use and adjust settings thru in iCloud !

All the sudden last year I couldn’t get all my Apple Apps with iCloud set up in thee and adjust the settings .

finally it’s returned to normal after a weird but recent issue with an internet problem & I had asked Apple for only a COPY OF MY IPHONE ACCOUNT DATA , which they ended up downloading & disconnected my SIM card from my mobile carrier and I had to contact my carrier to reactivate my ESIM ALL OVER AGAIN ! what the hooey ??

I had to go through ALOT of hoops to set my phone backup . I wonders why that even happened !

all I did was ask for a copy of my data to look at , I read all the information about requesting such data , and that we can look at it if there’s something wrong on it and we need it fixed we can request it be fixed !! Well that’s all I wanted to do was be able to look at it ! Since I’ve not been able to do so online as I should have been able to all this time via iCloud when I sign in to my iCloud account. On line via the web !!

it had said before , when I had tried to , that I couldn’t access it from the web . But via Apple instructions it says i should be able to ! I didn’t change anything!

I’m not sure why it did that .

it’s not doing it now since my phone was reactivated by the Cartier !

I still want to know why Apple Deactivated my ESIM , the Carrier said they didn’t !

I only requested a copy of my data , not an erasure or download copy to another device !! I keeping my iPhone until next year ! No reason to ask for anything else ‼️

so how can I ensure my IPhone Apple Apps & ICloud Acct are all syncd and all my other apps do get totally saved , across devices like it says !!?? And when I get my Tablet , NOT AN APPLE Tablet , it will be an ANDROID , using Microsoft Apps & some Apple Apps , or Ones That Are *Web Apps cross platform* ‼️ That Allow Sync to Use with my iPhone Apos too . Is there a way I can sign into them now ,like my old Microsoft acct online

using my email , and web apps ? Via Safari Web Browser temporarily until I get my tablet ?
