Game Center Activity Widget Not Updating Avatar Appearance (iPhone 15, iOS 18.5)

I was customizing my home screen and noticed that the Game Center Activity widget hasn’t updated to show my new avatar. I used to have a memoji unicorn as my picture but I changed it to my personal memoji. The new picture shows up in my profile but the widget still shows the unicorn.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? I’ve tried logging in and out of iCloud and it’s still the same. If there’s any fix please let me know.
