its Macbook air M2 and has Sequoia 15.5 os installed

That's a 29.5", 2560x1080 pixel monitor, with a 200 Hz refresh rate that I doubt that your M2 MacBook Air supports. It has a DisplayPort v1.2 input, a HDMI v2.0 input, and a HDMI v1.4 input.
How are you connecting it? What adapter or hub/dock – and which input port on the monitor?
