Bought a 1TB iCloud plan but still don’t have access

Hi my Aunt bought 1TB iCloud storage and she can’t use it she still doesn’t have storage but I have the receipt of the purchase what should I do

Double-check if the plan actually shows as active:

  • On her iPhone, go to:
  • Settings > [Her name] > iCloud > iCloud+


Sometimes the purchase is made using a different Apple ID (especially if done from another device).

  • Ask your aunt to go to:
  • Settings > [Her name] > Media & Purchases > View Account
  • Confirm it matches the Apple ID used in the purchase receipt.


If it still doesn't reflect, try signing out and back in:

Settings > [Her Name] > Sign Out (make sure to back up first)

Then sign in again.


Since you have the receipt of purchase, you can contact Apple directly and they’ll help you sort it out:

Use Apple Support app:

  • Download the Apple Support app from App Store
  • Go to Subscriptions & Purchases > iCloud Storage
  • Tap Chat or Call Support
