Developer iPhone Missing from Devices List

I have an iPhone 16 which was on the Developer Portal's devices list and being used consistently for development. It disappeared from the list about a week ago but does appear on the VS 2022 iOS targets remote devices list. If I try to add it to the list, I can't as I am told that it is already in the system. I haven't tried to deploy to it not wanting to disrupt the state of the Mac further. What should I do.
