How to use Apple Watch Series 10 to detect sleep apnea?

I would like to use my Wife’s Apple Watch ⌚️ Series 10 to check for sleep Apnea. Besides wearing the watch for several nights, what settings would I have to change? Things like weight, height, age or other things?
