My iPhone stopped receiving incoming emails

My Mail app on my iPhone 14 Pro stopped receiving emails in Dec 2024. Current iOS version 18.5. The error message I receive states "The mail server "imap.dktv.dk" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings."

I have checked and rechecked settings. They are correct according to my internet email address provider, and identical to my wife's settings. Her iPhone 11, iOS 18.5 has no problem.

My email provider informed me that there is a possible new compatibility problem between them (Dansk Kabel TV) and Mail, but that I should contact Apple to see if they can fix it. I have been unable to figure out how to do that. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other (Refer to the pic )below




  1. Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  2. If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
    1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
    2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
