Unable to access Apple Music with Apple One sharing

I have had Apple one sharing since 2023. Recently my family is unable to get Apple Music, which is included in my Apple one plan. How do they access Apple Music

to purchase Apple Music? They recently have not been able to access their music, when they had been in the past.
