How do I disable "Bring To Front" Feature in Finder?

Hello, I work with multiple applications open, with multiple finder windows open, and 2 monitors all at the same time. It's super frustrating to have to click into a window just to "bring it to front" before I can interact with it.

Is it possible to disable this feature in Finder so that all windows behave as though they are "front"? This way I don't have to make that extra click into a window before I can interact in it.

Thank You

Mac Studio, macOS 14.5

You can send direct feedback to the macOS Product team with a feature request. However, macOS Finder has not had automatic window activation (focus follow mouse) by passing the mouse over it for the last 25 years. There is no means to do what you want in the present implementation of macOS and no new feature updates will be coming to Sonoma.

You can use Mission Control (F3 or Ctrl + Up Arrow) to select the desired window. This approach avoids the "Bring to Front" behavior associated with switching with Command + Tab.

I don't think that this is what the OP was complaining about. The issue is you have a window that is visible on your screen, you want to act on it (like press a button there), and you have to first click once to activate the window, then click again to press the button. He'd like the click to get through without activating the window first. It does not work that way in macOS.
