icloud SMTP delaying outbound emails 10 to 90 minutes
For the last month, the SMTP server my and my wife's devices (Macbook Pro, iPhone, iPad), running latest software, hand off emails tona specific SMTP server (behind the load balancer alias), with a successful acceptance, but, from the message headers seen after the message is eventually delivered, the incoming server hangs onto the messages for 10 to 120 minutes. Also, the timestamps indicate that time on the server is 1 hour behind.
Over 12 hours on phone and chayt over the last month has produced 3 "escalations", and multiple dropped calls with no
callbacks, but no resolution.
There is one specific bad server in "US east", which sometimes works, but mostly does not. The offender is http://qs-asmtp-me-k8s.p00.prod.me.com/
How do I get Apple to fix the bad server?
