Apple Intelligence in the Apple Home

Do you think Siri will ever be able to just be talked to, regarding our homes, and be sufficiently "intelligent" to know what we are asking?

Yeah Thanks, I started offering Apple feedback on this at least 5 years ago, they seem to have been more interested in making "emojis".

And, I wasn’t asking for a developer’s perspective or insight into beta software—just hoping to hear from other users who are equally puzzled or frustrated by Apple's lack of innovation with regards to Siri’s continued lack of "real intelligence" when it comes to the smart home.

I am now however curious... Is speculation or vision-sharing not allowed here on this platform? I thought this was a user community—a place for open conversation, not just regurgitated press releases and policy reminders. If we’re not allowed to even discuss what we wish Apple Software could do... where is the value in "community" dialog being cut short and essentially suppressed?

It has been addressed and Apple provided a preview in their WWDC conference a couple of weeks ago on what they plan to release this fall. It is that beta software that is currently being tested by many that are not allowed to be discussed here.

The purpose of the Apple Support page it to answer technical support questions to assist with issues users are having on their devices. It is NOT a social media site, where you have many options for those types of discussions. The answer to your question is to provide feedback to Apple or wait until the next OS releases later this year.
