Two days ago the letters MC came on the face of my apple watch.Anyone know what this means or how to get rid of it?Thanks for any help.

Yes i did.I just made another face and installed it and no MC on that.
Did you check the Monogram options in the Settings for Clock in the Watch App on your iPhone?
You can edit those watch faces which still have the Monogram complication, disable the complication directly in the Watch App/My Watch/My Faces, and save the changes after that.
