If the magsafe charger or cable has failed, or the DC-in board— the battery could simply be dead.

Your best bet will be going to the Genius Bar to get your problem diagnosed. I don't know if you've read through this support article already but this may help If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support.

Your issue could be a variety of things from an old battery to issues with the software, there isn't much knowing until you get it looked at by the Genius Bar pro's. They will take great care of you and will help you with your problem.

Those LEDs are set by commands from the computer.

They do NOT indicate charger health, but rather end-to-end charging SYSTEM health, including all facets of the computer charging ability and ability to run.

Apple appears to have isolated an issue with its silicon.

Mac mini Service Program for No Power Issue

Apple has determined that a very small percentage of Mac mini (2023) devices with the M2 chip may no longer power on. Affected devices were manufactured between June 16, 2024 to November 23, 2024.

I do not think this is isolated only to the Mac mini

I have a 2021 16-inch M1 Pro Model : A2425 and I  am experiencing the exact same problem. I used my computer normally yesterday. This computer has always stayed at home, never exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture, or any other harsh conditions. However, when I tried to turn it on this morning, it was completely unresponsive. 

I plugged in the MagSafe charger, but there was no light. The computer remains entirely unresponsive. This is outrageous, especially since the device has never been dropped or mishandled. It has always stayed in my office. Unfortunately, it’s now out of warranty.

If this isn’t an isolated issue, Apple needs to take this seriously, investigate the matter, and resolve these hardware-related problems.

Be polite and professional. If a simple repair can be performed that does not consume PARTS, there will be no cost to you.

Whether that is true or not, it is Apple's call as to whether you have the same issue and whether it will be covered.
