hlo i am facing issue of data losing from files app when i accidentaly turned off sync between i cloud and files plz help me to get back that data

If you did not delete the files in iCloud Drive before switching off iCloud Drive on your iPhone, the files should still be in iCloud. After enabling iCloud Drive again in the settings for iCloud on your iPhone, they should sync back.
Before you do that, log into iCloud on your computer and save the data first, just in case.
