my email address was hacked and i want to delete the account without losing my purchases

When I set up my apple id way back in 2003 I used the only email address I had at the time. 6 months ago this email was hacked and now every time I change my password it is changed again so I have been locked out of my apple account for 6 months. Is it possible to transfer my purchases to another apple id so I don't lose them when deleting my apple id?
