Profile not loading on first log in

With my Macbook pro, Monterey, version 12.7.6, when I first start up it doesn't have my wallpaper or settings.

I can log in, and it has my desktop items but wallpaper is a generic mac one, most of the setting are factory, things like hyper dock isn't working. But if I log out and then log right back in everything loads properly.

Any suggestions?

No "Profiles" under "System Preferences" I am trying to access Profiles and I can't find it under System Preferences. FWIW I just upgraded my MacBook Air (2017 7,2) to Monterey 12.5 though I never noticed if Profiles was available prior.

Login screen loads before OS loads on Mac I have a MacBook Pro 2015 13 inch that was using monetary, I factory reset it as it was quite slow and from its came back on there's been a few issues with the os that Ive noticed, the first being that when I turn on the Mac the apple logo appears for like 1 second then goes straight to the Lock Screen and the Memoji that is displayed is extremely low resolution and not animated like normal and then when I enter my password the OS then loads from the lockscreen which is quite frustraing I've also noticed that my downloads have moved as whenever I use to download a file it went to the downloader on safari but not it downloads to my dock instead, I'm very confused and I'm not sure what is going on. Im on monterey 12.7 before and after reseting my Mac
