Phone app not showing call history

There is a reason why I was able to pull this information out of you without it offered up front. You have corrupted your iCloud data when you altered it. This is obviously not recommended by any knowledgeable source and going that route while ignoring what Apple says about installing/removing beta software is going to have negative consequences. You will need reset your device and any backup you now have in iCloud is going to have to be deleted to start with a clean backup.

Did you try altering your backup because you did not have one using iOS 18.5?

If so, that would indicate you got some bad advice from the internet. Your device is going to need to be Factory Reset and you have no iCloud backup you can use to restore the data.

If you didn't make an archive backup before you installed Beta Software, you won't be able to use your backup when you restore the phone. Anything you sync with iCloud will sync back to your phone, but your current data won't. Apple advises you to NEVER use your primary device to test Beta Software on and to make a backup BEFORE you download Beta on your phone.

I'm even more amazed people don't read the documentation provided on what to do before installing beta software.

Did you previously have beta iOS software installed?
