How do I turn off stand notifications on Apple Watch?

Tonight was the first night I was interrupted to stand. At 2:50am while my watch is in sleep mode. I’m already having issues sleeping (ironically why I started wearing my 10 series to bed a week and half ago). I don’t really want to turn off stand notifications but here we are. Anyone else having this issue?
