Buzzing/crackling sound from left speaker of MacBook Pro M3 2024 model

It has recently started that the left side of the speaker is making randomly on high volume with more bass some buzzing/crackling noise. I bought it in a student offer and justed completed its monthly instalments, and this happens.

Its is updated to the recent version and i use speakers for learning, and vibing in hostel.

But, its a terror is mac parts fails, for a student. Please someone let me know how can this be fixed.

Without the service cost, since apple care is gone!
