Siri issues: sending texts prematurely, unable to answer simple questions, and only searching the web

Siri keeps sending my texts before I want it to even after I changed the setting. Siri can’t answer simple questions that he use to be able to and he just wants to search the web for any random word in the question I asked and he doesn’t allow me to finish giving commands or asking a question
