Garageband "Moving Voice" Instrument Bug

I used the touch instrument "Moving Voice" in a song, and after saving and closing it, I am prompted to download missing sounds. There are no such missing sounds—the song used instruments that came with basic Garageband—and I am effectively locked out of this project now. It appears that many others have experienced this exact same issue. Is there a feasible way to fix this?
