On iOS 18 Private tab in Safari is gone

My iPhone isn’t connected to any company, so no one controls my system without me. Screen time restrictions are all off, including web content > unrestricted. All of that doesn’t matter I suppose because Private tab on the right in the tab section doesn’t exist. How do I get it back?
