Not able to enable explicit content on Apple Music

A few months ago I began free trail on Apple Music but could not solve the issue of turning on the explicit content from any source. today bought subscription on apple music but again couldn't solve it. when I sign in to my profile for apple sign, I saw parental control but there is only clean word appear and I can't choose explicit. whyyyyy?

Why is Apple Music providing censored content despite explicit preferences? I have preferences set to explicit - no content filtering yet Apple music provides only censored content? if people want children’s music let them subscribe to that service - otherwise let adults listen to the music as found on the recording. I can't play explicit songs on web version of Apple Music. I can't play some songs on Apple Music. These songs are Explicit songs. I think the problem is caused by the setting in Parental Controls, but I can't turn it off. I use a Windows 11 pc. Please help me
