How Do I Transfer Music from an IPod Touch (5th generation) to IPod Touch (6th generation)?

I get the message that songs aren’t available in this region. I running Windows 10. Could this be the issue? The only songs that download to the “new” IPod are songs that were purchased-not the library from ITunes. (Over 1600 songs!)

How do I transfer music from an old iPod to a refurbished 128GB iPod using a third-party app? I have an old 32 gb iPod that cracked and decided to upgrade to a128gb. Apple has discontinued Ipod so settled on a refurbished one. The problem now is that I can’t transfer the music to the new IPod on ITunes. When I try to sync, the process starts but stops immediately. Apple no longer supports IPods so it’d hard to get an answer. Is there a 3rd party app that will work? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
