I have multiple cloud services that I’m trying to merge together. I want to consolidate them all under one platform and figure out the best way to do that so that I can also consolidate all the passwords under one.

Transferring Apple Music to a New Account:
You Can't. As of this post, merging Apple Accounts is not an option. So, you'll just have to purchase it all again, or use your original Apple Account, and not use this new one you have created.
So, export, then import the passwords. Trash the backup file and then remove it from your trash, so that no one can recover them. Go here:
