Unable to access Parental Control settings on iPhone as a child

I went to family to change restrictions on my sons phone. Little did I know I was in my own setting. I put "do not allow" password changes and restricted my own settings to TV14 and no browser searches. How can I access my settings to change it back? It is white out and won't let me back in. #momfail

If you linked with your apple id, try looking for the blue text that says, "Forgot Screentime Passcode?" and click on that. If you are the parent, you can enter YOUR apple id password. If it was a device restriction, meaning that your child has an adult account and you set restrictions on it with a passcode you created, then enter your son's password. If the forgot option is not available, you might have to reset the device or you can use some software to manually remove the screen time settings from the phone.
