how to set alert on apple watch to stay in zone 2

I have manually set the range for each heart rate zone. I just need to know how to set the alerts to maintain one zone or another please.

You can set heart rate alerts on your Apple Watch to stay in Zone 2 by following these steps:

  1. Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Tap on the workout type you’re going to do (Outdoor Run, Indoor Cycle, etc.).
  3. Scroll down and tap on the three dots (...) to access the Workout Settings.
  4. Tap Heart Rate and make sure you have the right zones set up (Zone 2 in your case).
  5. In Heart Rate Alerts, turn on the alert for when you go above or below Zone 2.

This will notify you if you go out of your set heart rate zone while working out.
