How do I fix 'not available in your region' error for Apple Music playlist?

I was listening to music then out of now where more then half of all my music suddenly switched to “not available in your region”. I feel like this has to be a glitch.

I have checked my region and settings. What else can I do?

If this is the infamous "song is unavailable in your region", that bit me yesterday. Was going out for a 5k run and noticed most of songs were suddenly greyed out

I just now fixed it, apparently. I hooked my iPhone 16 up to my laptop, made a backup of the phone, signed out of Media and Purchases and signed back in, restarted the phone with it plugged into my laptop.

Once the phone was back up, I opened Apple Music and I saw it syncing (notification at top of app) and after that it's been fine (so far)
