How can I permanently delete Screen Time restrictions?

Over the year I change the kids restrictions, so over the summer they may have more time or I’ll change the apps they can access. I used to have the camera closed when they were younger but now I allow it.

whenever I delete the old restrictions and then add new ones, it doesn’t stay. The next day all the old restrictions come back and the new ones.

so now I have this very long list of contradictory restrictions or doubles. I have deleted them so many times and they keep coming back. I’ve done it from both mine and my husbands accounts and it doesn’t make a difference.

i want to permanently delete all the restrictions and start again.

when I try to do that, it still comes back as the old settings when I try to set up screen time again.

i swipe left to delete all of those but the next day they all come back.
