How do I set up Cloudflare domain email in Apple Mail app with password?

My company domain is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare enables an email address that can be connected to Apple Mail as another Mailbox. Since cloudflare doesn't host email, I have a domain email address but no email password to set up the box properly. I set up Cloudflare DNS as instructed by Apple. Anyone having a similar situation solved that is willing to help is very much appreciated.
