Safari Can't Open because of a Dropped the Connection

Hey There I went on a Website there's a problem it says Safari Can't Open The Page because the server is unexpectedly dropped the connection. This someones occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes and then try again. is unexpectedly dropped the connection on the phone? Is Try Again is a Generic Error Message? The word try again means it retry and the word try again just like the preschool shows like Blue's Clues, Sesame Street, Dragon Tales and Elmo's World Right?
