apple music not syncing correctly on Iphone 16 pro max

Hello guys, this is the first time Im having real trouble loading my apple music library to my new phone, I used to do it on my previous Iphones with no problem, I restored the phone several times, logged in and out, but everything I do does not help me to sync my phone correctly, also album arts are missing, my library its about 26000 songs and I never had a problem, any solution please will be very good received

It says syncing is now off but every attempt to turn it on fails. There’s no error message, it just goes back to showing that syncing is turned off. music library no longer syncs I used to be able to purchase a song from iTunes on my iPhone, and it would automatically download to my iPad as well. However, the last two songs I’ve purchased aren’t syncing correctly. It looks like I have all my settings in place but it’s still not working. I tried to reboot both devices and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
