Get it taken to Apple support. they will know what is the problem. It is most likely a screen issue as this is somewhat common on most laptops. It might be a loose connection or something like that. Get it to Apple support ASAP; they will know what to do and take care of it.

As I said previously, it may be a connection issue with the motherboard to the screen or something like that. If I may ask, how bad are the flickers? Do they cover the whole screen, or are they in the corners. Also, make sure to stay off apps like Roblox as they create a lot of stress for the computer causing it to overheat. Try restarting and letting the mac rest for a few days. Let me know how it goes!
