FaceTime screen sharing only works one way

When i call my friend on FaceTime she screen shares i press open and it’s just an black screen but this is for everybody.but she can see my screenshare

I'm unable to share screen on FaceTime after updating to iOS 18 hi all!! i have an iphone 14 pro and im trying to share my screen on Ft with my friend but it doesn’t seem to be working at all! when i click the “share my screen” option both of the options are gray and don’t let me click on them. i’ve restarted my phone and everything and im also connected to the wifi and have the new ios 18 update!! i was wondering if anyone else was also having this issue!! this is what it looks like!! any tips and suggestions are very appreciated!!!
