I bought iCloud +50 GB plan after buying that I cannot enable iCloud photos. Still, my storage of iCloud is free about 50 GB and my photos are not syncing and I cannot enable iCloud photo option. A. New iCloud Login Sessions:
Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in.
B. Check iCloud Photos:
